Nikki is enthusiastic about being of service to the world. Her love for the environment, people, and animals drives many of her lifestyle choices. Her goal is to help benefit the world and take part in a community where yoga is accessible for all. She is currently in training to attain her 800hr Yoga Therapist Certification.
In her classes, Nikki’s teaching style is focused on taking care of the individual [and unique body]. She is dedicated to working with beginners and helping them start a practice that is safe and effective; along with helping more experienced yogis advance their practice. Her teaching style incorporates meditation, breath work, body awareness and asana for optimal physical health and mental well-being.
