Through yoga Nancy-Kate has found a passion to live life to the fullest, embracing the wholeness of our experience and wants to share that with others. Her enchantment for teaching yoga shines in her ability to hold space for students to go inside and create personal transformation in a fun, loving & supportive environment. In her Conscious Flow classes she focuses on integrity of alignment and intention in every moment with sequencing that is thoughtful & deliberate. Through sustainable alignment, she challenges students to seek balance and create deeper awareness through each posture. She believes less is more, and delights in the foundations of the practice.
Nancy-Kate trusts that it is through this precise way of practicing that we create the awareness to learn about our bodies, our selves and how we relate to the world...deepening all the connections in our lives.
Many teachers have inspired Nancy-Kate along her path, but her most influential teachers are Nicki Doane & Eddie Modestini, and the teachings of Maya Yoga. Nancy-Kate co-directed teacher training programs in Boulder, CO from 2011 - 2016 where she continually found inspiration engaging in a deeper conversation with other yogis and yoginis. She believes that in all things there is a teacher and hopes to inspire others to seek the teacher within.
Currently she lives in Boulder with her husband, Tilo, and their French Bulldog, Jerry Bear. Look for Nancy-Kate and her new teaching schedule beginning January 2019.
